Special Educational Needs
OUR SENDCo IS Miss Sam Richardson
At Flamstead End School, we aim to help all children thrive and achieve their learning potential. Where children might need additional support to achieve this, we understand that early identification of learning needs is key. We use a graduated approach, as referenced in the SEND code of practice, to help to ensure that the right support is implemented at the right time.
Class teachers are skilled in supporting children with a range of different learning needs and our SENDCo, Miss Sam Richardson, is on hand to support families, as well as teachers, to find the best way to help our children to achieve.
Should you wish to find out more about how we support children in our school, please find below our SEN information report and SEND policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please speak to your class teacher in the first instance or contact our SENDCo by emailing admin@flamsteadend.herts.sch.uk
