To complement the assemblies and celebrations of Anti-Bullying Week 2024, each class in the upper school enjoyed a workshop provided by visitors 'Open View Education' on Monday 18th November. In the session, pupils explored different scenarios of bullying and learnt how to respond in a manner that 'chooses respect'. The sessions were fun and exciting as pupils performed short dramatic pieces as well as freeze-frames to show different scenarios.

Our children showed great maturity in the sessions, allowing them to fully embed their understanding of what consitutues as bullying in school. Pupils are aware that for bullying to take place, there must be evidence of an:

- Power Imbalance

- Repetition of behaviours

- Intentional Harm
