British Science Week

We had some exciting visitors join Flamstead End during British Science Week. We arranged for around 60 pupils from Goffs Aacdemy to plan and teach exciting and engaging science lessons to each year group. The children were so excited and enthusiastic about this special science afternoon.The feedback we recieved was so positive and Goffs Academy really enjoyed themselves. 

In Year 1, the children made slime.

In Year 3, they dug to find fossils and identify their features.

In Year 4, the children used magnets to identify magnetic objects and non-magnetic objects.

In Year 5 and 6, they used materials to protect an egg from cracking.
